The charity World Book Day® champions the fun of reading, because it seriously improves lives. World Book Day encourages children and young people to explore, experiment, and experience the magic of reading on their own terms, let go of pressures and expectations and see reading as an entertaining, social and fun thing to do. We are working with the charity to help more children to grow up with a life-long, life-changing habit of reading for fun, and all the benefits this brings.
To help celebrate the joy of reading, and because we love all things books, we’ve got a collection of World Book Day activity packs and reading-themed colouring pages for you to print and enjoy for free. They’re packed with printable activities like I-Spy, snap, and even cut-out masks for those last-minute dress-up ideas. Featuring your favourite characters from Bluey, The Gruffalo, Pokémon, and much more, you’re bound to have fun with these activity packs. We’ve even got World Book Day bookmarks that you can print out in colour or black and white to design your own and make reading even more magical!
Whether it’s for World Book Day projects in the classroom, a screen-free resource at home, or just a novel way to keep your little bookworms entertained, all you have to do is hit print and enjoy!
