Here at The Works, we're usually the ones sharing surprises, but just recently, we've been scratching our heads in wonder! Across the UK and Republic of Ireland, a mysterious man dressed in a blue dressing gown has been spotted handing out goodies from The Works to many of you.
He’s been calling himself Santa Pause, sharing clips on his social media page of all the wonderful gifts he’s been hiding in places up and down the UK. But who is he, you ask? Honestly, we’d love to know too!
With his playful presence and secretive nature, Santa Pause has been popping up at stores, on the streets, and even sneaking into our Christmas showcase (we've got photo evidence!). He’s been hiding gifts all over the UK, but each time we get close, *poof* — he’s vanished! The only hint we have is his social account, @TheRealSantaPause, where he’s been sharing snippets of his festive escapades online.
Here’s what we know so far:
1. He’s definitely a fan of The Works. In a recent video, he was caught casually shopping in one of our stores, slipping all kinds of goodies into his cart. Books, crafts, puzzles — you name it!
2. He’s generous, but he’s stealthy. Santa Pause has been handing out gifts to unsuspecting people, but he’s managed to evade all our attempts at tracking him down.
3. He’s on the move. Santa Pause is crisscrossing the UK and Republic of Ireland, sharing joy wherever he goes. We’ve reshared his posts, hoping to get a clue, but he’s always one step ahead.
