Enquiries

We are often asked to fulfil bulk orders for organisations such as schools, colleges and clubs. Often we are able to make up bespoke orders in larger quantities than are made available on the website at any one time. If you have a bulk order request, please use our Business email address of education@theworks.co.uk leaving your contact details and the details of the item and quantity you are looking for and someone from the Business team will be in touch to help place your order and discuss the next steps.

Ordering Large Quantities

If you place an order for a large quantity it will be a bespoke order and therefore we will inform you of the lead time and cost when we have the full information available. We may also need pre-payment via BACS before we can fulfil the order.

Payment Options

We will inform you of the alternative ways that you could pay for your bulk order once we have investigated your request in more detail. At this point in time, we do not offer business customer accounts, credit facilities and cannot invoice an organisation for a particular order. No goods can leave our warehouse without receiving payment first.

Special Discounts

We do offer special discounts for Schools and Educational establishments who place bulk orders . We do require evidence that the order is being placed on behalf of a school or educational establishment in advance of accepting the order.
